Niagara falls is the most Instagrammed waterfall in the world, Actually, the waterfall is made up of three waterfalls namely the American Falls, the bridal veil falls and the largest known as Horseshoe Falls. The first person to visit one of the most beautiful waterfalls in the world is a 63-year-old school teacher Annie Taylor where he loaded herself and cat and descended over the falls in 1901.

Now, it is illegal to go over the fall and those who do so will be fined Rs $10,000. One of the most interesting facts about the fall is that it stopped only once in the year 1848 for 30 hours when the ice fields from Lake Erie jammed the waterfall at the source of the river.
